At Delhi World Public School, Jamshedpur, House System is an integral part of the school system. It is formulated to inculcate the values and ethos of the School. When students seek admission in School, they are alloted one of the four Houses – Brahmputra, Kaveri, Narmada and Yamuna. At the beginning of the Academic year, members of each house vote for their House Captain and Vice Captain for Senior Cabinet from classes VI to XII and Junior Cabinet from classes LKG to V. All members of teaching faculty are also distributed in these Houses as House Master/ Mistress and House Tutors. House Master/ Mistress and Tutors guide the students of their house for various Inter House Competitions, Celebrations and Special Assemblies. Each House is characterised by a colour. Brahmputra by Red, Kaveri by Green, Narmada by Blue and Yamuna by Red. The School – beaming with activities – vesonates with radiance of these colours on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Inter House Competition ia an initiative of Delhi World Public School Jamshedpur, to ensure all around development of a child, discovering his innate talent. Children explore themselves in feilds of Music and Dance, Sports, Olympiads, Art & Craft. This inculcates team spirit and grooms a child with leadership qualities.
